Free WiFi throughout the property: I felt like I had my own personal command center with the high-speed WiFi. It was like having the internet at my fingertips, just as if I had a pocket-sized superhero guiding me through the digital realm.

The room we stayed in at Hotel Piast was great! It had a kitchenette with a fridge, which was perfect for keeping our drinks cool. Plus, the TV with cable channels was a nice touch for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The location was perfect, with shops and cafes nearby. Room 203 was spacious and had two balconies, a lounge, and a bedroom. The staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful. The customer service at the reception was outstanding. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, even during some unexpected turbulence during our trip. The apartment room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were great. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with extra pillows. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic city break in this hotel! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk everywhere, from cafes to shops with ease. the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved the breakfast, which was always fresh and tasty. the room was comfortable and spacious with a great view of the city.

The downside was the cleanliness of the room. We did not have any major issues, but there were some small details that were overlooked, such as an empty bottle in the wardrobe.
